The University of Notre Dame, Australia is offering a Graduate Certificate which explores the neurodegenerative disorders. This will alow registered nurses to examine these disorders at an indepth level, contributing to the development of advanced knowledge and practice.
There a few nursing practitioner courses around and it pays to make sure that the one you are interested in is recognised by the Health Department in your state or where you want to work. This one by the University of South Australia is nationally recognised and mainly delivered online, making it very accessible. Others I am aware of are at Melbourne University, University of Southern Queensland and I have heard Curtin University, LaTrobe University and the University of Canberra are also about to announce courses.
